STEM Shiksha

Kaushal STEM Shiksha is a flagship initiative of Kaushal Jyothi Foundation aimed at transforming government school classrooms into hubs of innovation through hands-on learning in Robotics, Coding, and Digital Literacy.

Under the Kaushal STEM Shiksha initiative, Kaushal Jyothi Foundation conducted its second free Robotics Workshop at Zila Parishad High School (ZPHS), Shapur Nagar, Hyderabad. The workshop introduced students to the basics of robotics and automation through practical, activity-based learning.
The Spark of Innovation: Robotics Workshop II At the Kaushal Jyothi Foundation, we believe that geographical location should never limit a child’s imagination. Under our flagship initiative, Kaushal STEM Shiksha, we recently concluded our second free Robotics Workshop at Zila Parishad High School (ZPHS), Shapur Nagar, Hyderabad.

Turning Curiosity into Creation A total of 168 government school students participated in the workshop, working in teams to design and build Automated Street Light Models. Through this hands-on approach, students developed problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a foundational understanding of robotics.

Career Guidance & Mentorship
Our Career Guidance program is designed to help students make informed and confident decisions about their academic and professional futures. Through interactive sessions, expert talks, and one-on-one mentoring, we expose youth to a wide range of career options, emerging industries, and skill requirements. The program focuses on identifying individual strengths, interests, and aspirations while providing clarity on education pathways, competitive exams, vocational opportunities, and employability skills. By bridging the gap between education and real-world career expectations, we empower students—especially from underserved communities—to set clear goals, build self-confidence, and take meaningful steps towards sustainable employment and lifelong growth.

Women Empowerment Programs
Our Women Empowerment initiatives focus on creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for women through skill-based training programs such as tailoring and jute bag making. These programs equip women with practical, income-generating skills while fostering self-confidence, independence, and entrepreneurship. Participants receive hands-on training in stitching, design, quality control, and basic business practices, enabling them to produce market-ready products. By promoting eco-friendly jute bag making, we also encourage sustainable livelihoods that align with environmental responsibility. Through these initiatives, women are empowered to support their families, achieve financial stability, and become active contributors to their communities, reinforcing the belief that empowered women lead to empowered societies.

Robotics Workshop @ ZPHS Mallampet
As part of the Kaushal Rural Development Initiative, Kaushal Jyothi Foundation conducted its third free Robotics Workshop at ZPHS Mallampet, Hyderabad, with the aim of bringing quality STEM education to rural and semi-rural communities.

Through this hands-on learning experience, over 160 government school students were introduced to the fundamentals of robotics and coding. Working collaboratively, students designed and built Automated Street Light models, gaining practical exposure to technology while learning how simple innovations can address real-life challenges in rural settings.

This impactful initiative was made possible through the generous support of the family of Late Sri. Ogirala Venkateswara Rao, whose contribution helped empower young minds and strengthen educational opportunities at the grassroots level.
